Nexus 9 Keyboard Case Now On Google Play Store
For Nexus 9 Google has released a keyboard case. Priced at $129.99, the keyboard folio case is available on the U.S. Google Play Store.
The Nexus 9 Keyboard Folio case already went up for pre-order on Amazon earlier and also was out of stock. It is currently available in the U.S. Google Play Store and there is no word about global availability.
Google launched the Nexus 9 in October and is priced at $399 for the 16GB model while in India it is listed on the Play Store for Rs 28,900.
The keyboard attaches magnetically with the tablet and pair over Bluetooth. It folds into two angles optimized for typing and consuming media.
The accessory protects the front of the tablet from scratches. The keyboard can last upto five months on a single charge if used for upto two hours a day.

Nexus 9 will arrive on T-Mobile in the US in December
T-Mobile announced that it will begin offering the LTE-capable HTC Nexus 9 in early December. The 64-bit Tegra K1-packing slate will be available with $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $24.99.
The LTE Nexus 9 will be available through T-Mobile Underground. This particular section of the carrier’s online store is reserved for products, which are available in limited quantities.
Outright pricing of the LTE Nexus 9 is not mentioned, though a quick calculation of the monthly installments reveals that the Big Magenta will be asking $600 for the tablet. The 4G device is only available with 32GB of built-in memory.

Android 5.0 Lollipop on Nexus devices disables Silent Mode
Android 5.0 Lollipop makes the silent mode disappear on Nexus devices. On a KitKat powered phone, turning down the volume to "0" eventually turns on the vibration mode, and then comes the silent mode. But there is no such function in Android L till now.
Ironically, while the silent mode has disappeared on handsets using Android 5.0, on the Nexus 9 tablet, it is still functioning, although not in the typical way. On the HTC built slate, you lower the volume to zero which sets off the vibrate mode. Hit the volume up toggle, and all volumes go to zero, although alarms will still work.
Whether all of this is a bug that will be eventually fixed on a future version of Lollipop, or was designed this way, is something that we will eventually know when Google starts disseminating updates.
When you hit the volume up button and get to level 1, reboot the phone. Put the volume down to zero to set off the vibrate mode, hit the volume up toggle, and you will have achieved silent mode. Of course, this means rebooting the phone each time you want to use it.

Android 5.0 Lollipop update now rolling to the Nexus droids
Android 5.0 Lollipop udate now rolling to the Nexus droids. The latest firmware is available over-the-air or through factory image available for download.
Pure Google devices that are getting the Android 5.0 treatment include Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (2013), Nexus 10, and Nexus 7 (2012). Factory images of the new OS version are already available to download and flash.
LG Nexus 4 will also receive the new Android build, though it is yet to to receive a Lollipop factory image.
The Nexus facility is not the only product range to receive Android 5.0 Lollipop today. A few hours ago, Motorola announced that the new OS is seeding the Moto G (2014)and the Moto X (2014) Pure Edition. The LG G3 has also begun receiving a heavily customized Lollipop build.
It is worth nothing that Android 5.0 factory images available only for the Wi-Fi versions of both Nexus 7 models. Owners of 2012 and 2013 Nexus 7 devices with cellular connectivity will have to be a bit more patient.

Nexus 6 out at AT&T starts pre-orders tomorrow, at Sprint on Nov 14
The Nexus 6 may intermittently be available on the Google Play store, but nothing has been heard related to release time frames from the US carriers that will sell it.
This has changed today, as both AT&T and Sprint have made their plans official. AT&T will start taking pre-orders for the phablet tomorrow, on November 12. It looks like only the "Midnight Blue" color version will be available.
If you're interested, you should know that the price with a two-year contract is going to be $249.99. With no annual commitment, you'll need to shell out $682.99 for the phone if you buy it from AT&T, but you can also go the Next route, paying zero down and then having either 20 monthly installments of $34.15, or 24 monthly payments of $28.46, or 30 monthly installments of $22.77.
While AT&T hasn't told when the Nexus 6 will actually be in stock, Sprint is boasting that it will have the device available in-store as well as online starting this Friday, November 14.
This carrier has chosen not to tell how much the Nexus 6 will cost with a two-year contract. The full price, sans contract, will be $696. And if you use Sprint's Easy Pay scheme, you'll shell out nothing upfront, then followed by 24 monthly payments of $29.

Nexus 6 now available on the Play Store in 12 additional countries
The Nexus 6 has gone live on 12 additional countries around the world, although it's not yet available for purchase.
The list of additional countries includes Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
As mentioned before, it's only listed in these countries and you can see the price but can't purchase it yet. Although the phone should go on sale shortly some time later this month, in very limited stocks, as usual.
